Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer for Special Olympics Great Britain, which offers a year round programme of training and sports competition for people with learning disabilities.
In order to assist us with finding an appropriate opportunity for you, I would be grateful if you could download the questionnaire below.
The initial information, which you give, will enable us to find the best possible volunteer position for you with one of our groups, and will only be used for this purpose. If we are unable to find you a position at this time, your details will be kept on file until such an opportunity arises, unless you request otherwise (see form for details).
Please also note that as a Special Olympics volunteer you will be working with children and vulnerable adults, and will therefore be subject to references and police checks, through the Criminal Records Bureau.
We greatly appreciate our volunteers for all of their hard work and dedication, which goes towards making Special Olympics such a great sports programme for people with learning disabilities, and would therefore like to thank you once again for your interest.
